  1. Rignarelat heard a sound explosion and in the same time Kaladin disappeared. In the same moment, Kaladin was in the middle of his army. It seems that Kaladin traveled at incomprehensible speeds with the sheer force of the huge wind pressure. Where Kaladin a tornado existed and he was in the middle. The tornado expanded enveloping hundreds then thousands of his troops. The tornado was expanding at a deadly pace and no one can escape. The front of the parshendi army ranks was scattered. Where Kaladin stood was an empty area abound three kilometers in diameter. Also, somehow, his army were scattered and injured but no causalities. Kaladin moved again, his steps mini-tornados. He swoped through his army at blinding speed disarming hundreds in a mere second. Kaladin with unstoppable. **** “Kaladin you are burning through your stormlight at an alarming rate” Syl said. “I have about few more minutes in this stance, then I have to rely on hand-to-hand combat”. Kaladin said. “I have to stall and disorient them as much as I can until the main army arrives”. Kaladin was doing all he can not to kill anyone, it is his oath now. He made sure to disarm and injure the enemy so that they are disqualified to fight. He did that as long as he can. When he was about to run out of stormlight, he retreated to the plateau of the city of Narak. On the plateau Kaladin was breathing heavily and in the same time he was eyeing the damage he has done. In mere minutes he took out of the fight tens of thousands. No man in history was able to do that. It is in the realm of the impossible. However, while Kaladin was eyeing the seen, he same some tall shadowy figure come next to Rignarelat. Moash. **** “He is mine” Moash said. “I have waited for this moment for so long. This time he must see and acknowledge my conviction. He must understand”. “He is all yours” Rignarelat said. ‘And kill him this time, will you?’ “Yes, this time Kaladin will die, but first he must see that my way is the right way”. Moash said. “KALADINNNNNN” Moash shouted and he leaped towards him. **** Kaladin saw moash leaping at an enormous speed towards him, so he prepared the syl-shield to take his blow. Moash is not blinded now. In their last encounter Moash explained that Odium restored his sight for the price of ending Kaladin’s life. Kaladin had fought Moash countless times and every time he tried not to kill him in hopes of his redemption. Moash is his friend and he to needs saving. This time is different and Kaladin knew it. Moash is furious, angry and desperate. “Moash, this is not the way, look at what you have done” Kaladin said. “You have left a blood path behind you. You killed two of your best friends, Teft and Rock”. “You have slaughtered countless innocents, to what end. Answer me MOASH”. “Till I feel no pain, till you realize that this is the only way.” Moash said. “The humans are corrupted. They murder, steal and abuse each other”. “They have no honor. If they have power, they use it to fulfill their needs with no regards to other powerless people”. “Today, I will end this cycle of hate and you Kaladin are in my way” “No Moash” Kaladin said. “We make mistakes and that is what make us humans”. “We fail all the time, sometimes we lie. Some of us, yes, kill, but not all humans are the same Moash”. “There are good ones to, people who want to make this world a better place”. “Also, there are other ways to seek justice than blinded vengeance”. “It has eaten you Moash, look at what it had done to you”. “Learn to forgive and let go”. “Sometimes if we forgive people they change. Sometimes forgiveness can end the cycle of hate”. “Hate begats hate, love and forgiveness begats love and forgiveness”. “NOOOOOOOO, stop, do not say those words. You know nothing of my pain” Moash said. Suddenly Kaladin felt something grabbing him from the back. It was Rignarelat. While, he was struggling Moash slashed both his legs and in the same moment his storm light ran out. “He is yours now Moash, do as you please” Rignarelat said laughing and flew away. “Please Moash, listen to my final plea, free yourself live your life for yourself and start over again”. Kaladin said. “Syl I am sorry, our journey was beautiful. You are like a sister and a mother to me”. “Without you Syl, I would have been dead a long time ago”. “Thanks for everything, and a final request, watch over Moash”. Moash looked at Kaladin and Kaladin saw something he did not expect. Moash crying and in that moment Moash stabbed Kaladin in the chest. **** Moash flew away crying. “I had to do it; I had no other way. I had no choice; I HAD NO CHOICE”. Moash left the battlefield.
  2. It was a dark day in Roshar, one could argue that it was the darkest in all history. The thick clouds blocked the sun like a thousand black sheets on a lamp and yet the land was visible. This land was familiar to Rignarelat. He knew this land so well; he fought in it countless battles, tastes his blood and the blood of his foes. He remembers the dry smell of this lands with its stony texture and the endless horizon of plateaus. On this day, the air was so still, like it is anticipating something to happen. Behind Rignarelat stood an endless horde of the parshendi with no end in sight. He has gathered all of the parshendi in Roshar for this most critical moment. He knew what must be done and it was just the beginning. Red lights glittered the parshendi horde, thousands upon thousands of fused. They came for vengeance. They came so they can end this once and for all and finally rest. The heavenly ones covered the sky, the scene was majestic. There were so many of them that one could take days to count. Rignarelat stood on a high and large plateau looking at the city of Narak with one figure alone in sight. Kaladin stormblessed. Rignarelat knew Kaladin so well, he knew his title and his ambitions and most importantly, he knew that Kaladin was here to stop him, even if it meant his death. “Why are you here boy” Rignarelat said. “Shouldn’t you be weeping somewhere after the death of your father? Do you think you or your family can escape?”. “My father was a great man and he died a hero. He saved countless lives during his career and he is my pride”. Kaladin said. “Today I will seek justice and I will end your advance here” “Do you think the rest of your family is safe?” Rignarelat said. Then he did some talking and nodding to one of his officers and then a figure came dragging a woman with a small child and stood in front of Rignarelat. “Do you know these two boy?” “Mother, Oroden, Noooooooooooo” Kaladin said. “Today you shall know pain like no other” Rignarelat said. Then he took his shardblade and with one blow he stabbed Hesina while she was carrying and hugging Oroden. The blade went threw both of them in one strike and they both fell silent. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” Kaladin screamed and knelt on the ground hopeless. **** “Hold yourself Kaladin please” Syl said. “Please focus, they are approaching, do not let it end here like this”. “I cannot start to fathom how you feel right now, but all of Roshar depend on you holding this plateau”. “Kaladin remember your oaths, remember WHY YOU FIGHT”. “No, I remember a new oath now” Kaladin said. “An oath that is the crown of all oaths”. Kaladin stood up high “This is my final oath Syl”. “I AM THE SHIELD THAT PROTECTS, THE SPEAR THAT DEFENDS. I WILL PROTECT EVEN THOSE WHOM DO NOT DESERVE PROTECTOIN.”. Then Kaladin heard a voice he never heard before. “THESE WORDS ARE ACCEPTED” *** Rignarelat saw something he never saw before. Kaladin was a glowing sphere so bright that it enlightened all the shattered plains. It was as if the sun was out and clear, no it has more brightness than the sun in the harshest of days. Just looking at Kaladin made his eye hurt. All his army were covering their eyes from this condensed sphere of light.
