  1. I know that this is an unpopular opinion but i feel as if he should not start new projects until he can finish the projects that he has started but not finished outside of the cosmere. Take Rithmatist for example. That book was release over 10 years ago and still is not finished and is continually being pushed on the back burner for other projects. If he can't find the time to finish it then two things should happen. 1) call the series dead. Explain that other projects are more important and let it die. 2) Put out a basic outline of the way he wants it to go and let his fans finish the story for him. They could submit copies of their conclusion to the book . If Brandon doesn's have the time to do the research I am sure many of his fans do and it would be a good way for one of them to break into the business of being an author.
  2. How much you want to bet that there will be a novella written about that lost year between Oathbringer and Rhythm of War.
  3. I would like to start off first by saying I love reading his books and he is definitely a prolific author. That being said the time between some sequels has me concerned. Even for an author like him writing styles change a little bit over time. The more time between them the more of a chance that something will be lost when sequels like The Lost Metal, the one for Elantris or Warbreaker or even Rithmatist finally get released. I appreciate how much he has on his plate and that he is a great writer, but I do wish he would complete some series and finish some of their arcs before starting on new projects. For those of us who are older (50+) chances are good that we will not see the end of this saga and we will have to decide at some point to stop and live with what is written. It would be nice if we have stop due to medical conditions or other things that come with age that we have at least complete series from which to stop at.
