I meant that mentally, like over stressing yourself over work

the poem is trying to describe cyclical anxiety, where both relaxation and responsibility bring major stress

Idk far more often when I mention blood in poetry it isn’t a SH thing, more referring to like, acne scarring and appearance issues 

when I refer to SH stuff I prefer elaborate depressing musical references or just like, knives, scars, idk
