I got mine on Kindle at about 11:00 Central on the 3rd and have only read the first 2 chapters, which I had read already on Tor's website. I have work and 4 kids and a husband who doesn't read or like the kinds of books I do. I'd like to be farther but I do have other responsibilities too.
