I think the real question is, if Sja-Anat is actually not evil now, why did she/he not just let the Oathgate function normally for Shallan and Co? I assumed that it was incapable of operating normally, but obviously it was. Maybe it would have been obvious that Sja-Anat defected if they were immediately transferred to Urithiru, but Odium didn't seem to know that they were in Shadesmar until they were in Celebrant. It does seem odd to me though.
I thought that Odium forced Sja-anat to corrupt the Spren and once the Spren was corrupted Sja-anat couldn't reverse it. So instead she forced the Oathgate to transport them to Shadesmare as opposed to whatever Odium wanted it to do.

To Me one of the funniest moments is When the Stormfather gets genuinely angry at the Night Watcher/Cultivation for what she did in making Lift, he seems Mad that she isn't restricted by the storms and the "She goes to Far!" line had me laughing, as well as Dalinar's downright confusion as too why his spren was suddenly sulking.
That entire exchange makes me ship the Stormfather and Night watcher.

They would probable be like the nameless mooks he was thrown at in warbreaker. Pick him up, wield him and die.
Unless they had Investiture currently in their 'body' to give him.

...why don't you lock your house?
I live in New Zealand. My house has never been robbed so I don't really see the point. Also if they really want to get into my house my door isn't going to stop them, and doors are expensive to replace.

Eh. I don't even lock my house so I don't see myself caring if a random professional was let into my house.

I think it's a Herald. No evidence but the fact that the crimes are exact makes this feel supernatural to me.

Considering hemalurgy can be used on non-human, non-scadrian, and non-metallic arts magic users, I suspect that the Ars Arcanum is woefully incomplete regarding hemalurgy. So incomplete in fact, that the existing information is probably more misleading than it is enlightening. The only metal I feel even relatively comfortable saying we have a good understanding of, in terms of how it is used in hemalurgy, is atium, because it appears to be capable of stealing anything. I'd call everything else extremely unclear at this point...
Maybe what each metal steals depends on the planet Hemalurgy is used on.
Except for the god metals, they remain the same.

Avoid the filth and wash regularly. Or embrace the filth and never wash again. I tend to choose the latter.
I tried embracing the filth but all that did is cause me to grab the back of a work mates head with the intent of pushing his stupid, lazy, entitled face into the deep fryer ( I didn't because I kinda wanna travel and I can't do that if I'm a murderer, or rather convicted murderer ). So I don't try to embrace anything these days.
So instead I look out at the world around me marveling that people are too stupid to look up from their insignificant lives and see what we are doing to the planet we call home.

I don't understand how i'm supposed to live this life when I'm surrounded by the filth that is humanity. How do you lot do it?

I was just thinking about starting a thread about this! I'm
mildlycompletely obsessed with Critical Role. I was only able to watch up until the break for this past Thursday's episode and I can't wait until the VOD gets posted. So who is everyone's favorite player character, guest player character, and npc?
Mine are Percy (especially after the whole Whitestone arc), Zahra, and Allura.
Favorite PC is Scanlan, then Grog.
Guest would probably have to be, storms, whats her name? The teifling that helped the first time they fought The Briarwoods.
EDIT: Lillith.
As for NPC it would have to be Lady Kima then Gilmore.

Vex was hilarious when she got her broom. Poor Scanlan though.
But Matt Mercer though, holy hand grenade, he is an amazing DM.

Are you caught up?

Anyone else watch critical role?

I investigated the Flat Earth Society forums once. The impression I got was of a bunch of trolls who were absolutely convinced that everyone else believed that malarkey, and were all trying to come up with the most ridiculous theory that other people would follow.
There was one guy trying to convince everyone that moon phases were caused by a mass migration of bioluminescent organisms. At that point, it's hard to take any of them seriously enough to invest IQ points far in enough to be able to lose them.
I'm afraid that my IQ is fragile and very easy to lose, the marbles I lost may have something to do with that.
Yea, I'm really hoping he was a troll and not being serious but he sounded so convinced that he was right.
Besides of all the things that people seem to believe in, a flat earth is not that far fetched to me.

I made the mistake of watching a flat earth theory video. I fear I may have lost IQ.

Im up to episode 5 atm. So far it has been alright.
I really like that the season got released at once. I like being able to watch a program at my leisure as opposed to having to wait for a week.

The Potter household, Halloween 1981
Voldemort: Knock knock.
James: Who's there?
Voldemort: You know.
James: You know who?
Voldemort: Correct.
James: ...
James: Rust.

I loved The Deltora Quest books as a child. I have no idea if they are good for an adult, they are kind of generic fantasy, but they are really fun generic fantasy.
At least according to what I remember.
My teacher in primary school read the first 3 to my class, I enjoyed them.
Redwall was another series I enjoyed as a child, tho the food descriptions are insane and would always make me hungry, so that could prove to be a problem.

Well seeing as it is super bowl ( somehow not cereal related ) weekend, has anyone here been able to watch a full game? I have to admit I tried once, only cos I was with my american exchange friends and they were doing another activity that I wished to be involved in, and I got about 4 ad breaks in ( so like 20 minutes ).
After the 4th ad break I had to leave.

She does have some nice socks.

If you do take her socks, take a sock from two separate pairs.

Whoops. I thought you meant Breath....
What? We have Biochroma tests in NZ you don't where you are?

Can you explain how Odium was involved? I don't seem to remember.
No real evidence. Just a feeling.
