  1. Thanks for the link voidus. Pretty good chapter, don't you think? Straight into the action.
  2. No I haven't seen or heard nothing of a fourth book. Tell me all you know!!! Haha
  3. Yeah I agree with you on the re hash events, they where very tiresome and to see the next chapter was about a different event was a blessing. These things aside though I must say the rest of the book included some cool events too. Lets not forget that this wasnt just a love story but it is a world created as much for its characters aswell as its setting and events. I think peter has done a great job at this.
  4. I have to agree with shuyinsan, the rigante is an amazing series and as you gemmel is an amazing writer. I especially love the way his series spans across so many yrs and characters pop up here and there from other books. My all time favourite book has to be New Moon by david gemmel. Its a fight for a mans sanity which then becomes a fight for the human race. Its so well written and all done in one book. This was my first ever book from this genre and I will always feel good after reading it.
  5. I got given the first book of this trilogy from a friend. I picked it up and just forgot all the other books I had opened and persisted to read until I finished it. I loved the cliffhangers in a lot of chapters and also the way I became attached to certain characters I never thought I'd like when I was first introduced to them. I do like brents new series lightbringer, yet I am unable to be as attached to it as I was with night angel. I have read the first two books and I hope to see something special from the fird to keep my high hopes of this great writer at the same hight he is. All in all I love the way brent isnt afraid to place something sinister into these books. Each one has had a character in a situation that a normal man would find impossible to struggle through. I like this.
  6. Yes it feels as though there is a great connection between there old world and our actuall reality. I liked the connection you get with each character, especially when the group is all together in certain parts. I agree in certain parts it does end up being a "who gets with who" affair but i don't object to that, its nice to see that it can actually fit into this sort of genre quite good yet still keep you emerged in the story. All in all peter v. Brett is an excellent writer and keeps me wanting more and more when I enter the demon cycle world.
  7. The demon cycle books, a discussion on what your opinions of the books are and also any theories on what the next book will be like.
