    I would assume if you're storing Breaths, you can add directly without removing them first. You'd have to ask B-Sandy to be sure though. (did I really call him "B-Sandy"? I'm sorry. I will live in eternal shame.)

    Now this is all random speculation, but I think you'd be able to recognize Allomancers while they burned metals, Feruchemists while they tapped or stored, etc etc. But I also think you wouldn't be able to recognize auras in the dark, and here's why: Color, obviously, is important. Color needs light--color is reflected/absorbed light. In the dark, there's no color, and so, I assume, no aura recognition.

    I was in my local public library, looking at the Science Fiction/ Fantasy shelf (which they have since gotten rid of. ), and TWoK stared out at me (as it was the biggest book on the whole shelf). I picked it up, looked it over, noticed that Orson Scott Card had said nice things about Mr. Sanderson, and decided to read it. But Library loans are only two weeks, so I thought there was no way at all that I'd get through it (especially with school going on). So I decided I'd read it during my two-week March break. I thought It'd take the whole thing to get through. Nope. I finished the first weekend.
