I think the question isn't so much if it is possible in theory but the practical possibility to do so. First lets assume Storm&Void-light and the Mists are both simply invested gaseous essences. Clearly Both Mist and Light therefore have distinct physical properties that would influence to what material the gas can be transmuted. The biggest reason for me to doubt you can create Roshar Godmetals is because Roshar is not a very metallurgical world and was created by Adonalsium. And it stands to reason after W&T that while Highstorms might have not existed before Honour that Stormlight is in some ways a power that precedes The Shattering. Also Roshar is obviously ima crystal based world so maybe Stormlight undergoing a condensation and solidification would turn into gem structures. But also where would you pull the energy from to just turn Light into Metal especially Metal in the Quantity that it can meaningfully make a difference! And if we go with normal basic chemistry: we have no reason to believe Roshar light is made up of a metallic element.

My Birthname was Fourth of Dawn, though I prefer to be called Maxilian Hainrigg or just Max. I grew up on First of the Sun some time after Roshar and Scadrial found our world. I was always a very scholarly but also adventurous and due to my people's bond to the Grand Knell also ambitious. Thanks to a few friendships I made I enjoyed a second hand scholarly education from Silverlight. I was very poor so I only managed to visit there two times. The first time I offended a very important scholar in youthful naivety, the second time lastly I was on a gathering were we talked about the future of freedom in the Cosmere. In the last ten standard years I ventured onto and between worlds. Instead of using my Navigator Art for a good living and purpose I did some advanced research of Navigation and the Arcanum often just by myself in the Emberdark. Though I managed to acquire a Rosharan Spanreed and a Scadrian Comm Device so I wasn't very lonely at all. Currently I am building a new home for humanity on a world nobody knows about and nobody could ever locate, because I rigged a few systems so that me and my People from the Fourth Medium can keep I safe. I was inspired by some of the stories of the Ghostbloods, but I have yet to find any text about them. Yet we from the Fourth are the opposite of Scadrian Supremacists. We measure mankind and care for it by Virtue, Reason and Ideals Oh and we have established our own Research and Schooling institute: The Axion Academy with two main departments Applied Arts and Realmatic Research. Our current pride and enjoy is our work and research on a arcane art that is independent of all shards and could be learned and used by everyone and anyone.
