  1. 1st idea. could a fullborn compound brass and gold while using steelpushes and iron pulls to forge a weapon out of a hunk of metal they are holding. 2nd idea so I'm pretty sure you don't need to be able to see to use steelsight. (eg. inquisitors) does this mean that allomantic tin enhances steelsight? can you store steelsight in a tinmind? 3rd idea there was a Wob about how tin compounders could see axi (cosmere atoms). could a fullborn look at the individual molecules of a piece of metal and atomize it? we know that what counts as one piece of metal is based on how the allomancer perceives the piece. (eg. wax and the pistol round in the village). 4th idea if kinda based on the third idea but could a fullborn split steel into iron and the alloy metals? could they split duralumin in another allomancer's stomach into aluminum and the alloy metals? that could trick the other allomancer into removing all metals. how about doing this with a hemalurgic spike? or a metalmind? if they did this with a metalmind what would happen to the investiture? would it dissipate. would it be in the metal? would it still be keyed to the feruchemist? 5th idea if a fullborn is able to manipulate metal atoms, could they stop nuclear decay? how about stopping a harmonium explosion. or how about stopping metals from being metabolised by another allomancer? 6th idea this is unrelated to the previous ideas but does magnetism exist in the cosmere and is it related to iron/steel allomancy? 7th idea/question. did wax's abilities get a buff after the bands of mourning? Thank you for reading my craackpot theories. PS, do yall have any ideas of what else could be done with this type of extremely advanced allomancy.
  2. I just watched a theory video on the fourth moon on Roshar and how it might me Adonalsium's god metal. that made me think about splitting it into the various god metals of the Cosmere. we know that harmonium can be split into Atium and Lerasium. does this mean that Adonalsium's god metal could be split into other god metals. I think there is the problem of how to split harmonium you need autonomy's metal. also do you think you can split warlight back into stormlight and voidlight to get new stormlight for radiants? just a random idea. probably wouldn't work. I just realized I should have posted this on general discussion. sorry yall
  3. I think this is the correct forum to post this on. I think that aluminum might be a form of pure investiture, not anti, or neutral investiture. We also know that ion Roshar, Sharblades and Shardplate block Shardblades. and we know that these items are made of a mixture of Tanavstium(honor's god metal) and Cultivation's god metal. it's also said that Raysium(Odium's god metal) can block a shardblade. and of course aluminum can also block Shardblades. this means that Roshar also has a case of aluminum acting in a similar way to highly invested materials/objects. PS the things I mention here are just random things that are kinda related so I thought I'd throw them out. 1. we have not really seen pure investiture besides in the spiritual realm. (it's always filtered/shaped in some way) 2. we know that aluminum has some sort of magical property because Feruchemists can store identity in aluminum metalminds. 3. could aluminum be Adonalsium's god metal? (like the most pure form of magic.) 4. when Wax (and Marasi) picks up the bands it's described as some sort of ascension. this might just be because the modernised world hadn't seen such power before, but it could also be that the bands were so invested that they acted kind-of like a godmetal. 4.5/5. I think we have Wob's that Nightblood is basically a god metal because he is so invested. 6. do we know if Nightblood reacts to investiture? 7. is Trellium/Bavandium also some sort of anti/neutral investiture or is that just autonomy voodoo. I would love to hear your thoughts!.
  4. Lovem. If you can, get freeze-dried ones covered in chocolate
  5. lurchers on their own aren't as good as coinshots but they can fly so that is pretty OP in the pre-flight era. also iron compunders would be insane at flying because they would be able to pull on metal dust, and fly toward it. then pull the dust towards them for later use. not really, because spiderman uses webs like tethers. he swings on ropes. lurchers don't have ropes. it's more like stiff elevators connected to all the metal around them. so the swinging mechanic would be different. But it might kinda work because of the constant downward pull of gravity.
  6. I think that my favorite book I've read so far is oathbringer?? favorite character is spook under ruin's control. I really like hemalurgy because it's so cool to do so much with one ability. and I like reading in my free time. PS so sorry that I took so long to reply
  7. hi, um. I've read stormlight, mistborn, and secret history
  8. I know that this is is highly unlikely, considering the fact that NIghtblood is practically all-powerful, but if a bit of Nightblood chipped off, and was burned by an Allomancer, what would happen? I thought of a few possibilities. 1: The chip has no powers, and burning it just has the same effect as burning whatever metal Nightblood was made of before awakening. 2: Burning the chip grants Nightblood like powers to the Allomancer, temporarily or permanently. 3: Burning the chip destroys the user/gets the user consumed because Nightblood is too destructive. 4: I don't know enough about the Cosmere and it turns out that this is completely infeasible even if Nightblood were to be chipped. Also side note, if the chip were big enough do you think it would also be sentient? I think that 1 or 3 is the most likely but 2 would be the coolest. PS this is my first post. and I haven't read the entire Cosmere so I'm kind-of ignorant.
