i have enabled virtualization and downloaded whatever the host software is as well as a windows virtual computer, but installing them is quite difficult 

will check back again once i have bypassed admin permissions via the human weak link most likely

probably going to also use this as an opportunity to get a very basic knowledge of linux in the future. Always good to become more adept with computers

Current status?

The human method worked better

but i am still holding on to those VE files

funny enough my audio crashed so im going to delve back into Steam’s files to verify their integrity
