Verdance

Um. So I just got discharged from a night at the hospital. My dad freaked out that I was on my laptop without his permission and started beating me up, I ran away and started walking for miles and hours, ended up in this abandoned house, and completely lost it. I was crying and screaming and I cut myself several times for the first time in my life and then went home. Later my mom called the cops and the cops called an ambulance and I ended up in the hospital not allowed to sleep without someone watching me for fear I would hurt myself again.

im fine this morning. Mostly. I really messed up and I need to learn how to handle these emotions in a more healthy way
