Since lerasium grants mistborn powers to anyone who burns it, can it be possible to get frochemy powers by burning harmonium, if survivng the extreme explosion that consuming it brings?

I personally think that since honor and cultivation have created surges, only they have surges of their own. Adhesion for honor and regrowth for cultivation. (As each have their own spren, since they have created them)

I mean, can a lerasium spike stack all powers? For example, we have a mistborn that has been spiked (for example, bronze.) now if we spike them with a lerasium spike and transfer that spike to a random stranger, do they get all the mistborn powers but not the extra bronze, or do they get the bronze too, or do they just not get anything at all?
