      I do see how this would be confusing with context though, so basically

      There's this really plot important Deltarune character called Gerson Boom (and also has become quite popular with the fandom) and basically, well, uh, that explains the image. And he laughs like "Gyaa Gyaa Gyaa" (does NOT sound like that but it's the official name for it) and uh yeah so on so forth
