So scientology says if you think something is true it is?
(Sorry if I'm being rude butting in here)
What if you believe wholeheartedly that something is true, but it isn't?
If you believe that, for instance, the world would be a much better place without a certain group of people, and you believe because they are inferior, it doesn't matter if you get rid of them?
Is it then true that the world would be a better place?

Not quite, it's more that what a person sees to be true for themself is what is true for them. Personal Integrity.
As an example, say your friend tells you that a certain cereal brand is the best cereal brand. You try it for yourself, and don't really like it. Therefore, what is true is what is true for you.
In scientology, no one is going to try and make you do anything, you need to see for yourself if it works.
