Do we have any idea how much time passes between WaT and Sunlit?

When does Wind and Truth's sanderlanche begin? Is it just day ten or beforehand?

Does anybody know whether Brandon ever addressed whether Dragons can bond spren and become Knights Radiant? Or Sho Del, since they're Fain life like dragons and it would probably work similarly.

I'm currently reading RoW. I planned to read tLM and the secret projects first, and only then WaT, but I understand that the secret projects will make more sense (and less spoilers) after WaT. Because chronologically tLM takes place after WaT, should I read it afterwards as well? (I already know the identity of Thaidakar, so if that's the only reason to read tLM beforehand, I think I'll read WaT straight on.)
