    Well, that's comforting, at least. Knowing that it's not all just a load of crem. EDIT: Delightful, I wish that was true for me. Unfortunately, the definition of Asperger's is "a developmental disorder affecting ability to effectively socialize and communicate." So as much as I'd like to, right now everything social is awkward. That's why I'm hoping things get better.

    Clutter posting -- or, you know, spam -- is one of the main reasons I like the rep system. That little green arrow, to me, is a way to say "noted and appreciated" instead of taking up space on the page with statements irrelevant to the discussion. Not to say you can't express appreciation and then continue the conversation, but many times there's a post I liked but I didn't want to post for a variety of reasons. Upvotes are a good solution for that, I think.

    We'll see. Normally it isn't so bad -- I don't freak out over microbes on the elevator buttons or on the keyboard -- but I just can't stomach shoveling litter. It actually used to be worse, though. I remember I couldn't go near anyone with an open wound for weeks because we'd just talked about AIDS in Health. Thanks, though.

    Eh, we've got gloves. But, I don't know, it's the proximity to the box that disturbs me: "oh no, what if I breathe in the germs?!" I think I need to see a psych. Maybe the fact that I had a stressful math test affected my willingness to do said chore, but still. Why. Do. Germs. Bother. Me. So. Much.

    I feel mildly nauseated. I literally washed my hands three times after simply handling the bag. Who put it into your head, Mother Dear, that forcing the kid with germophobia (that might actually be OCD, come to think of it) to shovel cat dung is a good idea for a chore?

    Welcome! Look forward to seeing you 'round! I don't remember a specific "test", but my parents made me see the school counselor in 4th Grade and apparently the results came back as me having Asperger's.
