  1. Thanks! Hmmm, in what domain and in what way? Sanderson in general? Least favorite as in Character I don't like as an individual, least favorite as in how they interact with the story, or because they're just a poorly written character? If we're within Sanderson, and as I'm reading Rhythm of War right now, I'd say Venli is my least favorite as an individual right now, I'm enjoying her progress, but it's still all her fault. I'm also a Truthwatcher btw:)
  2. Hello! If I had to pic one in isolation, probably Steel or Iron are the most visually interesting. But I also like emotional magic, so Zinc and Brass are also cool. Atium is fascinating both in practical implications and philosophical. Hmm, Aluminum is pretty prominent on Earth, and the ability to simply eat Aluminum foil and be ok would be a fun party trick if nothing else. I always have my ups and downs, but I would say yes, I am happy. Cool, thanks for the tip! By the way, love the Inquisitor eyes:) By the way, Merry Christmas to everyone here!
  3. Thanks for the welcome! Lol, I'm not that fast either, my fastest on 3x3 is 14 seconds, but my average is around 30 usually. Not much yet, my time here will be short, as I'll be leaving on a mission in March, so I kind of joined on a whim, but I might share some of my writing and worldbuilding for critique and offer thoughts for others and also talk about Sanderson in general. My favorite questions to ask are: On a scale from one to ten, what is your favorite color of the alphabet? If being up for something and being down for something both mean you want to do that thing, then what is the proper vector state for not wanting to do that thing? I also ask people 'what is up', but they always start telling me about themselves, can't a man just get a straight answer on the definition of up??? I love all three and how they mingle with each other, but honestly I might say either Feruchemy, because of how balanced it is, or Hemalurgy because of the grander Cosmere implications of what it means to take pieces of someone's spirit web and add it to your own.
  4. Hello! I'm going to take the path of least action on this one and say it's in-between Cryptics and Honorspren lol! Being a math guy, I really enjoy the concept of the Cryptics in that they are essentially pure math personified (Design's math jokes are great). And Honorspren I just enjoy the conversation of what it truly means to be honorable as we follow Kaladin and Syl. I do believe that there is a reducible morality unlike what the Honorspren seem to be leaning towards as a whole, but the lack of knowledge of what that is makes things interesting, and if there is one, then how do we know it, those sorts of questions simply get me going.
  5. Good hellos to all fellow Sando readers! I've read almost everything he's written. I just need to finish Rhythm, then start Lost Metal and Sunlit, then I will have read all the Cosmere besides Wind of Truth and the graphic novels. I enjoy writing as well, currently working on a project called the Sceptrum, which is more or less my and my sister's Cosmere. I also like to conlang, speed cube, and do math. Can't wait to engage with this community!
