Am I a bad person?

I have recently some to the realization that if placed in a specific situation, I would say something genuinely mean, and I would mean it.

like, friendship breaking stuff where I would be in the wrong

and I would do it

even now, I can’t think of any other thing to do in that situation

  Place me in the right(or wrong) situation and I will yell out some of the worst things I could to a specific person
  
  Doesn't mean you’re a bad person, it just means that whatever triggered you was something to be protected against and your mind did what it could
