  1. Someone was talking loudly next to @Kino
  2. Well, there goes that. He dashed backwards, studying it for possible weaknesses as he aimed his weapon.
  3. Aelorin dashed towards the dragon, skirting to the side and hoping to get some cover behind a building.
  4. Aelorin stared towards the beast, narrowing his eyes and withdrawing a bigger weapon.
  5. The man followed slowly. Chester did return to the cages. @Kino The woman frowned. “Immortality! Perfection!”
  6. “How does this effect the plot?”
  7. Well YThe stone might be useful. The man glared.
  8. Aelorin didn’t actually want to kill him (he respected bravery), but he had to make an example… He raised the weapon, shooting another in the crowd and giving a wicked grin. “It’s your fault, that death.” He looks back to the truck briefly. Very briefly.
  9. “It is a true ending… a good ending.” They arrived.
  10. Herald was, in fact, also there. It was slightly awkward, but he was just glad the Flame hadn’t emerged.
  11. The mercenary slammed a fist into his gut, then got some distance between them as he pulled his knife.
  12. The man starts to convulse, and everyone still attempts to ignore it.
  13. “Just take it! Please!”
  14. “The Flame pretends that it’s perfectly balanced, a duality of Life, Death, Creation, Destruction, Chaos, Order. But… that’s not how it works. It isn’t a duality. Both are change - neither are truly an end. And so… the Deep.” Everyone was looking away awkwardly.
  15. Aelorin kept the truck in the corner of his eye, but didn’t take his attention away from the crowd.
  16. “No, try some!” He pushed the stone towards you. “Isn’t it wonderful?”
  17. “Try sooome! You’ll like it!” Gar approached from behind him. “The final immortality! The breaking of the cycle!”
  18. @TwinStorm Aelorin announced loudly. “Money, possessions, supplies, to me! Throw them over!” He was really only interested in the supplies, but he had to fit the part.
  19. He entered a long hall, decomposed bodies floating in similar pods that lined the walls. There were a disturbing number of them.
  20. “…well that’s not good. You okay?” He checked for a pulse. “Yea, probably.”
