    I suspect Ba-Ado-Mishram was the Spren of the Wind to the Singers before Odium arrived, then they were unmade by Odium. i suspect the Honour Spren are if the Storm and Wind. In claiming the Wind and Sky it forms an earlier bond. Kal will bond Ba-Ado-Mishram as a second Spren and assume fully lordship of the skys and wind, and will then move like the Fused do
