The scene when Anakin is talking to Padme before he leaves Coruscant, R2 and 3PO are talking as well. All we hear in the movie is “Well, he’s under a lot of stress R2”

In the novelization the full conversation was 

“How is Anakin doing?”

”I don’t know. Anakin doesn’t talk to me anymore”

”Well he’s under -“
