Theoretically, since nicrosil ferrings can store investiture, could a compounder create more investiture? How would this apply to investiture types such as breath and stormlight?

Given Lift’s ability to convert food into investiture, if she took lerasiam could she eat something and convert it to the investiture she would need to use allomancy?
