    Nick walks towards the river while he interviews, planning to stock up on hydrogen before the potential battle. “Tenth, your suit is almost ready. I’ll get you an assistant, too, so you can actually control it. Anybody else have anything they think we might need before we go?”

    Nick salutes the sky. “Got it, Merryn. I’m recording some quick interviews, to see if we can shut down the show from the backlash, but we can get going while we do them.”

    “Alright!” Nick passes over the imaginary microphone. “Would you like to talk about where you’re from?”

    “I don’t know who that is, but ok! We’ll put Sleeper next - anything else to say, Sleeper?” @TheRavenHasLanded Nick hands Sleeper the imaginary microphone. “Alright, who wants to go after Sleeper?”

    Nick sighs. “I don’t know. I hope we can get you back to your world, but I don’t know if we can do it alone. I can’t think of any way to stop them from bringing us back, even if we steal the teleporter or something.” Nick snaps back into productivity. “But that’s what this is for! If we want them to let us go back, we’ll need support. Can we count on you?” he asks the camera. “Alright, do you have anything else to say?”

    @Spark of Hope @Through The Living Glass Rust parts down the middle, separating into two swarms, one slightly larger than the other. The smaller swarm waves a hand-shaped tendril goodbye, then goes off through the thicket. What remains of Rust wraps around one blade-plant. “I will eat this; I will not remember things unless they are important until I have more nodes.”

    “I will split, and leave the translator here. I can fit through the gaps - I think Bird can too - so I will go to the planet spirit and get the sky people to bring a device. The split me will be less smart - I can eat the plants here so I can avoid having to forget.”

    Rust contracts, thinking. “If you can see the end, I could go through and get help. But where did this thing come from? How long have I been gone?”

    Cole lets it go; it will be Free in the wild. He tries once again to help the other horse right itself, taking any gear it’s carrying for himself.

    Cole gives up, and goes over to the other knight’s horse. (What happened to it?)

    “Ok, Sleeper. I’ll put that next in the video. We do have an agenda here, maybe you could mention how dystopian your world is, or I guess we could play up the whole ‘pulling random people from their worlds - some of them could be dangerous’ thing. Like, imagine if they tried to pull in a sapient from another biosystem - they’d explode into poisonous chemicals pretty much immediately.” Nick raises his eyebrows. “Interesting… I’m an actual engineer, you know, although I’m still a year away from a degree. How are you feeling about being here?” SIMON sends another message to the glasses AI, containing the footage so far. “Store this. Send it to every social media platform you can think of after ten minutes with no message from me, please.”

    Nick can think of several questions about that - mainly about which parts are acting and which are actor. “Would you like to tell the audience about your show?”

    “Great! Our newest member, for an unbiased account. Introduce yourself to the audience; who are you, where are you from, what did you do before you were kidnapped?” Nick passes over the imaginary microphone.

Everyone with a camera SIMON can access should face towards us, so I can use the footage. Alright, action!” Holding an imaginary microphone up to his mouth, he begins. “Hello everybody, my name is Nick Bryer. You may know me from the Teleportation game show; we’ll get to that. I don’t really have a way to prove my identity, but I’ll be supplementing these interviews with real footage from our experiences, selected and edited together by my AI assistant, SIMON.” The camera cuts to the rest of the group. “These are the other people who’ve been pulled from their worlds - against their will, I might add - and forced to fight to survive, unable to settle down. Over time, their machine has been taking more people; including one just recently, since after the last episode and the teleportation cycle they didn’t allow to actually be on the air. Again, we’ll talk about that later. First, I think you should get a chance to know us, without things being taken out. Who wants to go first?”

    “You don’t have to; I can do it. I’m going to ask people a bit about themselves, then about the teleportation cycle and how they feel about it. We want to humanize us, then point out that we were literally kidnapped for the show.”

    Cole attempts to help up the horse that fell over. “Don’t worry, I’ll Free you.”

    Veer looks around for a clean blanket and covers him with it. “Looks fine to me.”

    Nick nods. “Alright. You’re a performer, right? Would you want to be the one doing the interviews?” Nick also elbows @DaveSouls. “Glinte, you’re the last one to agree. Can we send out footage of you?”

    “Yes. Have you ever seen a flip book? If you have a camera that takes pictures really fast, you can string them together like that and make a moving image.” Nick turns to the two remaining people ( @DaveSouls and @The Halcyon Girl ). “You two are the last ones. Would you be fine with being interviewed?”

    The plants are slightly brittle, at least on the outside. They’re also very hot (they are metal that’s been in the abnormally hot sun for weeks). The suit will stop you from getting actually burned, but it still heats you up quickly.
