You know what's so crazy?

If the sun suddenly disappeared, we wouldn't know for eight minutes,

and those would be the last eight minutes of normalcy before life literally ended as we know it,

as the Earth went careening off into space and became just as cold.

  you know what else is crazy? if all of the sudden gravity stopped, and the world stopped spinning, we would all be flung into space super-speed, and then we would die, and our bodies- or what was left of them- would be flying through space in that direction forever.
