Reading row chapter 9 and another of kaladin windrunner squires speaks the 3rd ideal, thus bonding a spren and getting a shardblade. how is it that some have to wait to speak the third ideal for this and others like kaladin/shallan have the shardblade/and bonded a spren on/before speaking the first ideal? cheers
