    Clinic is back. He sends. Just a bit ago. — “I mean maybe.”

    Elan grins as they go across and land on the other side. --- There was a lot of darkness and grey walls. Really it looked pretty much the same as the tunnels they came from, just more barren.

    They reached the gorge. "Your turn." --- "Alright." Gem follows.

    Elan went through the gate, the rift, and the woods in silence. --- "Yeah. It does."

    "Eh. I... I guess." --- "Sorry." Gem says, standing and dusting himself off. A cool breeze blows through the tunnel, out into the void.

    Elan shrugs. "Don't really think about it. I mean, I have all the family I need here, and most other places I am." --- Gem takes a running start and leaps across, tumbling into Kio and his sis.

    "Long story. I was taken away against my will to be tested on. I don't remember anything before that." --- "Uh... sure. Yeah."

    "I... I don't know them. Remember them. In a few places I have a twin brother, but he's just another me. Other than that... I never met them before I got taken away." --- The island came to a stop with a muffled boom. The other island was also riddled with tunnels underneath, which were, at their location, only ten or so feet away.

    "My- my family?" ---- It got closer, closer, closer... it seemed to slow as it approached, blocking out the light coming from above.

    "Him and I chatted once. Never met them together, he was trying to find them and they thought he was dead. But he was all around a nice guy." --- "Sure."

    Elan shrugged. "Not really. They were busy and I was healing. We only really saw each other once or twice." --- Gem nodded. "Don't know how much else we have to do."

    "They showed up in those tunnels after a complicated incident. They were... involved in the war. That killed... yeah. That." --- Gem sighed. "Fineeee we can be boring." The large floating island was getting closer, slowly but surely.

    "A few people. Two kids... I guess they're older now, but when I met them they were just teens. And their dad. Their mom was killed a while back." --- "Why? We're young. It's in our nature."

    "Yep. It just stays there, been there for ages. I'm surprised it took the residents of that home as long as they did to find it." Elan says, pushing the cart along with that ever-present squeeeeeeee. --- "Yep. Noted. It does feel like we should be able to float though..."

    "Anytime." --- "Woah." Gem says, staring off into the distance. He carefully kicks a small pebble out, and it falls down, down, down, down...

    Elan nodded. "I understand that." --- The tunnel just... ended. Cut off. Outside there was emptiness stretching into the distance. A giant floating island hung a couple hundred feet away.

    Elan came over to help. "Yeah?" --- After like ten minutes of mindless wandering in the mostly dark tunnels, it was a surprise when they saw a light shining down one of the tunnels.

    “Okay” Elan said, waving his hand, a shopping cart forming on the road. — “YEAH!” Gem shouts, following him.

    "...good point. Should've thought of that. Um... we could... uh... summon a shopping cart and tie it all down?" --- "Exploring! Yeah!"

    "Um... we could carry it all?" --- "I mean, I have no issues with that."
