  1. Elan, or the ripple in the air that was him, shook in agitation. Yes, yes, run... running is good. And the singing. Keep the singing. Aventine... she can fend for herself? He sent to Pic. Behind them the world melted, people and buildings and the ground beneath absorbing into The Being, slowly feeding his energy and giving him strength. We need to get off of here. @Thaidakar the Ghostblood
  2. A fuzz appears next to Pic. It had Elan’s voice. He swears, I knew it was coming… just keep running… hide… don’t stop singing… Aventine… oh heavens let her be okay… You should be safe once you hide.
  3. As the music continues, Elan suddenly coughs. He sounds like he is going to lose a lung, but he’s alive. There’s a desperate fear in his eyes. “Keep singing. And run… run… run my prey…” @Spark of Hope @Cash67
  4. The once author hears the squad (their sneakiness was a tragedy), and so begins his way to where they are)
  5. The Being was thrown backwards, his entire form fuzzing. He burned, landing in front of Aventine and Pic, his breathing stopped. The darkness absorbed into his skin, leaving Elan's body laying there, normal, and limp. The ripple in the air that was Elan shook for a moment, then just before it dissipated it sent, one last time, don't stop. Don't stop the music. And then it was cut off. @Cash67 @Spark of Hope His
  6. A ripple appears next to Pic. It faintly forms the shape of Elan. His face is strained and would probably be red if the weak ripple had color. Don't stop. It's voice is less out loud, and comes more internally to Pic. Whatever you do. Even when the fight is over. Don't stop, until I tell you to. Just this once, please, please trust me. @Cash67
  7. Kiss, Marry, Kill: Pic, Elan, Lundyn
  8. The Being that was Elan whirled around quickly. He was hovering above Aventine and Pic, the edges of the building around him melting and absorbing into his body as more of the black liquid. The being glanced down at Elan's two friends. We kill them. We kill them both. At this, however, something in the Being stirred. No. YES. NO. YES. NO. For once, Elan won the battle, and for a moment there could be seen two entities, trying to pull apart from one another in the dark figure, one shadowy, the other a blinding white. Then the shadow melted back around the white, dampening it's light, and leaving only The Being. The Being moved back towards Thaidakar, slower than before, taking its time. The world around it warped, melted, and swirled around its body. Finally, it stood behind Thaid, a swirling vortex of liquid shadow around itself, Thaid, and the Ancient Primordial Darkness.
  9. Yes, I do agree with your conclusion about @Edema Rue.
  10. The red energy turned black, absorbing into Elan, and his body gained a less ethereal look. An explosion blew around Elan, melting cars and chunks of rows and buildings into black energy, which absorbed into Elan as he chased Thaid. KILL HIM NO. KILL HIM no. KILL HIM No... Elan's power over his own body failed, and the darkness took control. He dived, a black bullet surrounded by crackling white liquid energy, directly down at the dragon's head. @Thaidakar the Ghostblood
  11. Kill the civilians. They do not deserve to live. The voice says in his mind. Elan weakly struggles against it. No. Not the innocent. We can detain Thaidakar. But not the people. The voice is distracted by Thaidakar, and so Elan wins. Just barely. They continue the chase, ignoring the darkness that enveloped Thaidakar, diving into it.
  12. Seriously! This ALWAYS HAPPENS!
  13. Elan whirls around. End him. End the man. He begins sprinting after Thaid, the ground beneath his footsteps vaporizing into floating, black liquid. My hunt. This is mine. He turns and kicks out with his leg, sending a blast behind him to slow the other dragons as he continues approaching Thaidakar.
  14. The Dark-Elan fuzzed into existence in front of Thaidakar, shooting a powerful blast of white, liquid energy directly at him. Calm down. He thinks to himself. Something in him stirs. No. No. We destroy. We kill. Do. Not. Stop.
  15. Elan blinked, in a daze, and then the adrenaline kicked in. Or some magic equivalent. He stood up, and his eyes started glowing black as he began hovering off the ground, the dust around him skittering away like it was being repelled by a magnet. His hair began to ripple, and his skin started glowing. His face was solemn. Energy began coalescing around him, any plants nearby withering and electric devices shutting down. The ground began to liquify, turning a black color that didn't reflect anything as it floated up, orbiting Elan's body. The area around him shook, buzzing, and then with a deafening BOOM the cloud of energy and darkness collapsed inwards, absorbing into Elan's body. Elan's body was a shadow. It fuzzed in and out of reality, with two pits of shadow, somehow darker than the never ending blackness that made his body, for eyes. He shot into the air, following the dragon, leaving a trail of curling white energy behind him, crackling in his wake.
  16. Elan fell. Again. This happens a lot. He thinks to himself. I wonder why? And then he hit the ground.
  17. "Sorry!" Elan shouts over, tossing another one accurately at Lundyn's face, an another at Bookwyrm.
  18. Elan carefully sets up a grill and starts making some grilled cheese sandwiches. He tosses one to Aventine and one to Pic, and then continues making more.
