  1. Okay, just asking for a friend here. Is it possible to be subconsciously stressed? Like I can be mindless and emotionless for hours on end (Which even scares me sometimes) even when there are eleven (and counting) things to be stressed about. I then can also be absolutely mentally and physically exhausted for hours because I am so stressed. I have had several problems cause of stress but this confused me today. I decided today was the day. Today was the day I was going to take a nap, because I'd had it. You know who hasn't taken a nap in roughly eight years, this guy! And I'm not really a math guy-

    but something tells me if I sleep for an hour and a half, I shouldn't wake up feeling worse and more tired then when I started. And I blame my subconscious for being a stressed procrastinating perfectionist for that one. Has this ever happened to anyone?
