He didn’t respond, still shaking uncontrollably.

He didn’t answer. Suddenly, he began shaking horribly.

Unconsciously, he wrapped an arm around her, relaxing more.

His eyes closed slowly, his breathing deepening. He grabbed her hand, just before he fell asleep.

He held her too. “I love you.”
