Allowing Odium 10 days to convince the world's leadership to hand control to him was the issue. God created the world in 7 days. Taking over a few kingdoms is child's play.

Yes, but God and Odium are not on the same powerlevel😂

    I still don’t forgive him

Sam is nothing compared to Finrod tho

THERES SOMEONE ELSE OUT THERE WHO LOVES FINROD???? LETS GO.

but seriously - the way he sacrifices for Beren, goes out with a bang, and is just all around awesome... I'm there for the Felagund. Lol.

  4. I liked the book. And to be honest, i think that Dalinar's move really was a masterstroke. For one, Brandon needed to resolve Dalinar's character arc. Check, in a really cool way. For two, Dalinar set in motion both a trap for Taravangian- and also he got things in order for Honor to turn on its holder at just the right moment. I can't wait to see what happens.

At first I thought it's related to Adonalsium, but after the ending I think he was searching for a way to survive being vaporized by Odium or other higher powers. He found it and used it.

From Dragonsteel Prime, we know that he has had this specific regrowth capability from his dawnshard for ages and has used it before. So it doesn't exactly make sense that that would have been what he was looking for.

  6. Some of yall are a bit harsh on Brandon, i feel like. With everything that he had to tidy up and sanderlanche, i think he did a crazy good job. I really enjoyed the book overall.

I'd rank it below Way of Kings and Words of Radiance, but i don't think we should have ever expected it to be better. It's so much easier to write a compelling story when the stakes are so much lower.

  7. If you want to be technical, the Avengers do have a god on their team...

So my team is going to be led by Vasher, because he's like basically just Nick Fury.

Kelsier is basically Iron Man. (Punintended).

    Vin is basically black widow.

    Kaladin is Thor.

    Raoden is doctor strange.

Jerick (from Dragonsteel Prime) Is basically Captain America.

    Hoid is Loki

Dalinar when he goes Blackthorn mode is just the Hulk. (Maybe thats a reach?)

And to finish Sixth could be Hawkeye.
