    She hit her head on the side and passed out.

    DG Exol lobbed a grenade behind him (aiming at the guards).

    She screamed even louder. The DGs all watched him, Elan, and Aventine.

    When she moved to hop in the car with DG Pic, Elan, DG Ash, and Exol, Aventine heard sounds behind her. She turned, and it was the soldiers. She fired at them - hitting 1 out of 3 shots now - but she took just a little too long. The ceiling collapsed, and the debris fell on her leg. She let out a scream of pain.

    DG Pic stopped running at the entrance, where a vehicle (probably like a car, what vehicles do they have here @Ookla the Prehistoric) sat waiting for them. DG Ash sat in the driver's seat. "Hurry!" she yelled.

    "I'm not THAT evil! And I'm just as confused as you are!" DG Exol yelled back. DG Pic stopped his humming. "We are not. But our ride will be here soon."

    "Follow me!" Pic said, and he ran off. Everyone else followed.

    "I know," DG Pic said. "I'm getting you out of here before they do. They won't stay unconscious for long."

    "Please don't," a gentle hum said. It was the source of the light - and it looked just like Pic. @Ookla the Rich

    "You think I know?!" DG Aventine signed, "The ones over there were sent by my 'boss', but I have no clue what the lights are."

    Lights began to appear, and they took down the soldiers before the group could do anything else.

    "Exol! MOVE!" @Ookla the Entropic Before they made it very far, however, they heard the faint sound of music.

    Aventine started firing. "WE'VE GOT ANOTHER PROBLEM, TOO!" Troops from the first boss ran towards them in the hall. DG Aventine signed, "This is what I was worried about! We've been found!"

    "I'm getting a bad feeling, Elan!" Elsewhere The boss watched. Maybe her underlings had lost where they were, and maybe some were AWOL. But she'd found them again, and more of her followers would soon arrive. Different Elsewhere A different boss watched as well. He sent some of his own. Maybe they could stop the worst from happening."

    "Why do I put up with you..." "That's not a phrase I thought I'd hear today." DGJM giggled. "Spaghetti... :)"

    "Remind me to never get on your bad side." "You have issues," Aventine said. "Yes we do!" DGJM answered, drinking some as well. Both Aventines looked at each other before IC Aventine sighed, "Why me."

    "I, um... I don't want to kill the moment here, but I think we need to go. Now," Aventine said as guards ran down the hallway. "We're between them and the MVTC room." She started trying to fire her weapon, and she it her target in one out of every five blasts. "Man, I need to work on my aim," she muttered.

    Aventine helped him up. "He said 'weird stuff' would be happening with this Elan that are best avoided, so don't do anything you'll regret." She turned to DGJM. "That goes for you, too."
