Obviously I'm no doctor or dietician or any kind of medical professional, but what I would do is set a timer for three hours, and every three hours eat a big snack/small meal. An apple, half a packet of ramen, a couple cookies, half a sandwich, etc. Then even if you're not hungry, you're getting a somewhat healthy amount of calories and keeping yourself accountable.
