So what has happened when the god metals have been burned? And what's the deal with Harmony and Allomancy gifts? Or the lack thereof.

At the end of Era One, Harmony made Spook a mistborn. I know that he was new to the job at the time, so it must have been fairly easy for him to accomplish.. Now, in Era 2, Wax is having a lot of trouble with just about everything, and I feel like being a Mistborn would make things significantly easier for him (I know they wouldn't fix his problems). Why hasn't Sazed helped him out? I would love to see Wax get mistborn powers for real this time. (and I want to see what happens when the new god metals are burned, and only a mistborn -or really rare misting- would be able to burn them) For that matter, if Sazed/Harmony can hand out mistborn powers, why is he letting Allomancy go extinct?

I'm sure someone else has already asked this... But could you hypothetically create Atium on Roshar? I have no Idea how you would... but if you did, what kind of fabrial could you make with it? I have to bring up another question.. If Atium was created by turning the body of Ruin into metal, could other -different- god metals be created by using the bodies of the other shards?

Maybe I just wasn't paying enough attention.. but how did Marsh actually become "death". Like, what is his actual job, because while he may be scary I don't really see him as a grim reaper. Also... did Harmony just give him immortality? I haven't read Secret History yet, and it may be in there; I'm just curios. Did he even get a say in his new job? Does he care? Why exactly does everyone call him Death? Just some random questions.
