    The shardchicken in question scrambles to its feet. It raises a wing and flaps it, sending huge gusts of wind that blow [redacted] and Ninddle back.

    The eye explodes, and the chicken squeals in anger, writhing around.

    The chicken, still unable to stand up, squawks again and tries to peck at the much, much, much smaller human.

    It falls, but your shardblade bounces off it. It isn’t even injured.

    He finds a massive chicken, about the size of your average elephant. It stares at him, the squawks.

    Rolen, you hear Eddie’s voice in your ear. “Well done. Very well done.” A small bowl floats down from the sky. It’s full of soup.

    Eddie groans and magic popcorn over to his penthouse.

    "Mmm...right," Eddie says distastefully.

    "You're as much a fool as Anan," Eddie says, but she grins. "NO! What, stars above, is wrong with them?" She flips down her mic, and Ninddle hears her voice in his ear. "That was a very, very foolish thing to do." @Lord Spirit

    "You honestly think they're that competent? We've had one death, Elan. One death. A couple of them are fighting right now, but I don't have much hope...Oops, one second," she cuts off, then flips on her mic. "Get the one that fell," Eddie suggests. "He should be an easy kill, unless you're an idiot." She flips her mic back off. "I'm worried about this lot. They might get us in trouble."

    Eddie snorts and picks up her phone. "Hey, Elan, you know that watching them freeze to death is boring, right?"

    "So," Eddie says, "What are you doing? Sitting here watching? The games aren't for you to observe."

    The sound of Eddie chewing popcorn sounds loudly in his ear.

    Eddie watches him with interest, eyes dark. "CONTESTANTS!" She calls, her voice echoing through the entire arena. "I have excellent news for you! Many of you can't find, or don't want to find, your opponent. However, if you take Kaaa's instead, it will work. Do you hear me? Kaaa's item is a wild card. It will protect any and all of you." She flips off her mic and grins.
