  1. Lerac laughed. "Me? I would just ask him. I guess you can't do that right now. I would try to wake him up for you, but I'm tired out from healing the other guy. Has he said anything?"
  2. "So you do. About how about him, he feel the same?" He offered a flower stem of the same type he had be eating. "Want some? It's good."
  3. "What, you have a thing for him or something?"
  4. "Usually is, yeah. What's your relationship with him? Where do you all come from, anyway?"
  5. "Which one is that? Conscious or unconscious?"
  6. "Who are you?" Lerac asked. "I'm being told that I had my body controlled and tried to kill everyone. I'm not sure I believe it, though."
  7. The plant was incredibly sour. "Life magic. And no, I don't know where you got that name from. My name is Lerac."
  8. "Controlling my body? You're talking about myths and legends here." He tore a flower up that had just grown and bit the stem. He offered her a different plant of the same type. "Want to try?"
  9. "I do not think that I tried to kill you. I was just minding my own business, gathering flowers for my shop, and then the ground started shaking and... well, I don't remember. Anyway, I distinctly remember him trying to kill me." He indicated Nameless.
  10. The man looked distrustful. "Why... do you want to know?"
  11. "Heal..." He closed his eyes for a moment. Suddenly, all around him, grass and flowers began springing up, appearing on barren dirt and peeking through pavement. His breath became regular, and he seemed relaxed. "Yes, I think I can do that." He stood up shakily, and walked over to Nameless, placing his hand on the man's forehead. He shuddered. For a tense minute, it looked like nothing was happening. Then, Nameless' shoulder began healing, new flesh forming to replace what the fencepost had torn. @Ookla the Untitled
  12. The man's breathing became less desperate, and he seemed to calm down. "What... what happened?" His voice was the same, but softer and with a far less confident tone.
  13. The man gasped softly. Then, he began convulsing, obviously in horrible pain. His eyes were wide as he apparently struggled to breath.
  14. No problem. The man's eyes became unfocused, bloody splotches forming on his shirt where Tors' prongs had pierced him.
  15. Tors guided his aim, striking the man in the chest. There was an unearthly scream, and the black mass that had formed pulsed. "GOODBYE, HERO. UNTIL NEXT TIME," emanated the voice from the black mass. Unlike at any point before, there was the slightest hint of fear in it. The final wisps of darkness exited the body. Tors pulled herself out of the man's chest, free of any blood. Oddly, despite Malum having apparently retreated, the man coughed weakly, and raspy breaths were still coming from his lungs.
  16. Finally! Tors hummed in his hand. Now go over to him so I can hit him! She sounded eager. After all, this was her purpose. Sicarius' eyes widened in surprise for the briefest of moments. "I guess I'd better go." Wisps of darkness began exiting the crippled body, slowly forming a dark mass.
  17. "Ah, my friend. That's who I am. And, you know, the more you keep holding me off, the weaker you'll get. But I won't get weaker. I'll just get annoyed. Soon, I'll stop toying with you and just get it over with."
  18. Sicarius leaped down from the snake's head, hitting the ground with a terrible impact. This time, he remained on the ground. Then, he began laughing.
  19. Contracting space vertically, Sicarion lept up and landed atop the dragon's head. He plunged his blade deep into the skull, twisting it so as to cause as much damage as possible.
  20. Sicarius snapped his fingers, and the ground beneath the snake tremored. Contracting and dilating space around him, he quickly positioned himself beside the snake, and plunged his shard into it's body. It didn't go in very far, but it cut easily, slicing a gash into its side.
