Lundyn's memory begins to play inside of Tal's (and anyone else who wants to) mind in flashes. First, Tal sees a younger version of Lundyn. He could tell that she was younger, because her wings are smaller and the feathers look less full. She's standing on a branch of a tree, the sun framing her. She's smiling. She's happy. next, another image of Lundyn, this one a bit older, sitting next to what one could assume to be her parents. She still looks happy, but then the image flickers, changing to an angry Lundyn. a very, very angry Lundyn, who is . there are large pieces of the ground floating around her, seemingly frozen in time. Her eyes have an orange glow to them. She is floating in the air, wings spread. the second-to-last image lasted for not even five seconds. it's an image of her parents. they're lying next to each other in a field of daisies. they're holding hands. Something made Tal realize that was the last thing they ever did. the last image was of Lundyn flying away. a sharp pain last for a brief moment before everything stopped. No more force field, no more piercing noise. The lights begin to flicker back on. Lundyn's body has gone limp. @Edema Rue @Canada Lover @Cash67

a sharp piercing pain shoots through his arm(s), spreading throughout his body. I causes great pain, but... it somehow seems to be calming Lundyn, in a way? Her breathing begins to slow, but her eyes flash purple, shooting another string of memories through to her mind, this one being open for Tal. the sudden remembrance of things is not only physically draining her energy, but also extremely painful for her Tal is able to see this memory as if it were his own. @Edema Rue

Lundyn is in a state of pure silence to her, meaning she can't hear anything, even when someone is communicating with her telepathically.

an odd force causes Pic to be shoved backwards before he can get close enough to touch her. almost like a force field as a stress response, or maybe a last resort. The lights continue to flicker momentarily, before the lights in the hallway go out completely one by one. Sparks fall from them. An anxious (and very loud) scream echoes throughout Tal's mind. HELP ME!! Lundyn's eyes flash open, glowing a bright white. Her body glitches and shifts unnaturally as she continues to rock. "NO! I DIDN'T KILL THEM!!" Lundyn's wings begin to shiver and vibrate, causing feathers to fall to the floor around her. @Cash67 @TheRavenHasLanded @Edema Rue @InfiniteInsanity and possibly @Argenti

Her eyes stop flickering, and are almost immediately replaced with terror. "no... no, no, nonono NO!!" Lundyn's breath quickens as the lights in the clinic begin to flicker. Lundyn crouches down, hugging her knees tightly to her chest and begins rambling to herself, mostly inaudible to Ash and anyone else who would potentially be listening, the only words that could be understood being "parents" and "murder." Lundyn's entire body appears as if it were glitching in and out of the dimension, then becomes almost static-y and pixelated, the small pair of wings sprouting from her back being the only thing about her that Ash could look at without her vision going blurry. Lundyn's body begins to vibrate as she rocks herself back and forth. No one knew what was happening, not even Lundyn herself.

Lundyn looks up at Ash, trying to remember if she's seen her before. she remembers that she has, and that Ash was very kind, and that Lundyn felt like she could trust her. She smiles, her eyes briefly flickering from green to a glowing purple. Lundyn grimaces a little, looking like she was in pain from the sudden difference of eye color. @InfiniteInsanity (i think)

She nods. "it's okay," she says softly.

Lundyn hesitates, but eventually relaxes, still listening to the music and playing with the line.
