Idk how many people here know much about football, but I was bored today and wondered what a Stormlight football team would look like. This is basically off the top of my head so let me know what y'all think.
Offense: HOF QB with amazing weapons.
QB: Wit / Hoid. He's been in the league forever and has countless tricks up his sleeve. Literally not a single con in his gameplay except maybe pocket presence, since he likes to move around a lot. Easy lock for first ballot HOF. Pro comp is Aaron Rodgers.
RB: Lift. Do I even need to explain this one? Not gonna be trucking over defenders, but is literally impossible to tackle. Imagine her sliding on her stomach out of the backfield.
WR1: Kaladin. No brainer here. Man can fly and his only flaw is his mental game. First team all pro.
WR2: Fleet. Outran a highstorm. Game changing speed. He's the teams deep threat. Basically Tyreek Hill.
WR3: Teft. This one's debatable. He's the crafty veteran that works from the slot and a team captain. He's also there to keep Kaladin in check. Pro comp Julian Edelman.
TE: Zahel Definitely a great blocker / route runner. Might not be the most athletic on the team, but he knows the game well.
OL: Dont care enough to pick five offensive linemen, so I'm just making it 5 Rocks.
Defense: Greatest front seven of all time. Four Shardbearers at Linebacker
DL: Also don't care enough, so it's 3 Talns. Definitely getting to the quarterback constantly.
MLB: Young Dalinar (Blackthorn): Man was an absolute beast in his prime. Combine his Sharplate with the Thrill, and he's prime Ray Lewis. Favorite for DPOY.
MLB: Young Gavilar Complete the dynamic duo with another Shardbearer. He calls the plays and facilitates the defense.
OLB: Warform Eshonai Definitely hits people like a brick wall. Could make a splash play at any given moment.
OLB: Adolin Kholin Great fundamental player. Underappreciated at times compared to some of his teammates but he's a great team player.
CB1: Szeth Capable of manning up any wideout. Generational type talent if he can get his head straight.
CB2: Moash Ruthless defender who might give up some big plays, but will make up for them with interceptions. Pro comp Trevon Diggs.
SS: Shallan Can really create confusion for the QB with her illusions. Not gonna be making open-field tackles, but her pros outweigh the cons.
FS: The Pursuer Imagine sending him on a safety blitz when he's in his little streak thing. OL and QB will never see him coming. Plays the game tough. Pro comp Jamaal Adams.
And finally, the Head Coach is Taravangian for obvious reasons.
