It's a suffix attached to the names of magic users in Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time. I'm guessing we both picked our usernames based on that. Aes Sedai It's a bit of a coincidence, as far as I know we're the only active users with "Sedai" in our names, but we both welcome people to the Shard fairly often. It's often confusing for new people
