In my copy I get to page 256 and then all of a sudden it jumps back to page 193, which then continues as normal up to 224, which then jumps up to page 289. Is there any way to read the missing pages?

I received my copy of Rhythm of War (new hardback) and it has errors in the pages. In my copy I get to page 256 and then all of a sudden it jumps back to page 193, which then continues as normal up to 224, which then jumps up to page 289. So I am missing 33 pages. Has there been any discussion about this or a way to read the missing pages?

Have printing errors in my copy of RoW. Have seen a few people post about this. Have there been any updates or ways to read the pages we are missing?
