    No no no no no that is not what I said why ALWAYS = why because they are always exactly equal, but when someone says why, it only SOMETIMES = why? because sometimes that person who said it is asking a question but didn't put a question mark, but maybe they just had it as part of a sentence, so it does not always equal why, only sometimes
