  1. Right, my bad there. According to the results I got, I was 82% Windrunner (my highest percentage).
  2. @Scout_Fox Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to check out that section of the forums. Also, Alcatraz is on my to-do list, so... hopefully, I'll get around to it soon!
  3. Amaram is almost on the same level of annoyance as Straff, for me, but it's more of a "don't you dare start causing trouble," feeling than it is, "I will obliterate you from existence if you mutter a single word or take a single step," kind of feeling. With regards to Moash, I am simply disappointed in him. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by a "writing perspective," but I assume that the two questions following that one were clarification on specifically what you were asking. Hmm... Like you, I don't really have an answer to this, most characters I've read so far have been engaging and interesting. But, if I had to go with one, I'd say Sarene; I recall being bored with some of her bits in Elantris. I would also say Shallan... but I think that's only because I'm too smooth-brain to understand half of her insults. I've often had to reread some of her jeers just to get what she means.
  4. Hum? Tears of joy? I was too busy clapping. Y'know, for all the other 'villains' or antagonists in the cosmere stories that I've read so far, Straff was the one that really got me triggered. If I met this guy in real life, I'd do more than punch him in the face. Probably a knee to the gut or something. If a book can instill that kind of emotion in a reader, positive or negative, then that shows how good a job the author is doing, I think.
  5. (Ha, thanks!) Straff Venture is my least favorite character—the word 'least' doesn't even convey how much I dislike Straff. No tears here when he got killed.
  6. Ah, that's a hard question. There are some pretty colorful and overall great characters in the books I've read so far, namely Lopen and Wayne. Among those is Galladon. The banter between him and Raoden is just phenomenal, and looked forward to his bits as I went through reading Elantris.
  7. Hello everyone, I finally got around to making an account on here. I was holding off till I finished all of the SA books currently published, which I just did recently—Oathbringer was absolutely outstanding. I'm sure most of us here on the forums are big fans of Brandon Sanderson and his books, so that goes without saying. I first got into his books a couple of years ago, starting with the Reckoner's series. After Reckoner's, I read Elantris, Warbreaker Mistborn Era One, Mistborn Era Two, and finally Stormlight Archives. If I had to pick a favorite of those series', I'd definitely say, with extreme difficulty, Mistborn. I live in the US, I sometimes dabble in my own writing and mainly stick with science fiction and/or fantasy-related themes (kind of. I haven't really been good at writing as of late), and I look forward to discovering more about the cosmere. I'm excited to be a new part of this community!
