wild speculation [OB] Rock for Bondsmith 2020(1?)

Rock will be a Bondsmith. In Words of Radiance it talks about how he got the power to see Spren by swimming in the "Oceans." This is where he talks with a High Spren. He is already on his way... Somebody prove me wrong...
