I'd have to say Awakening. The concept of granting life to inanimate objects, and all the interesting ways that can be used, really grabbed me when I was reading Warbreaker. Allomancy's up there as well, of course.

Hm ... I'd have to say the Lightweavers. They have a really creative set of powers, and I don't think I'd do well with more direct confrontation.
