I hadn't really, besides like standard Tolkien and such. I have read like ~11 Salvatore books for his Drizzt books (my friends and I started playing D&D getting me interested) as well. When I was having internet installed at my house, the guy saw my books on the shelf and had asked me if I was into fantasy, which is when he recommended The Way of Kings. Since reading most of Sanderson's work, though, I have read The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss and I'm currently in The Shadow of What Was Lost by James Islington.
And I think I like the Roshar world the most just by how much world building there has been and I'm excited to see where it will go, especially with learning about more of Radiants. But, Scadrial is definitely a close second. I loved the magic system(s) and how they worked together; super cool!
And I'll refrain from cookies until I read more about them. Thanks for the advice!
