    Here's Basil Fischer, everyone's favorite gay soldier boi. I had a lot of fun designing his guard uniform and trying out some new poses. I've been arting a LOT lately, so... expect more of these entries.

    Wow, I haven't drawn Tamika in a while... She's the main character of my duology, much beloved by people who've read it. She is called the most beautiful woman in the world and I'm afraid I don't do her justice.

    Finished another drawing! I've been working on this one for weeks and I'm so glad I can finally hang it up. I'm gonna do three more posters like this for other RPs. Characters include Riva, Caden, Maverick, Allivia, Fischer, Nicolae, Wendy, Ivian, and Arabella.

    Well. It's done. I thought this project would take me like a month but, surprise, it didn't! Aaaaand now I'm all burned out with art. 'XD Which is unfortunate, because I've got a ton of meet-ups next month and I gotta do a lot of art for give-aways. And I say that, but I drew the bones of a drawing today in like 20 minutes. I've been missing anatomy a LOT. Too much coloring!!!
    So without further ado, "Comfort!" If you don't know what this drawing is, check out the previous blog entry, it explains it pretty well. I'm gonna get it framed sometime this week and I'm just absolutely stoked.  In case anyone is wondering, the people on it are (from as left to right as possible) Ralvon Kanze, Ajax "AJ", Nicolae Kimby, Sierra Satrebil, Riva Thadel, Tamika Satrebil, Granite Oakenwey, myself, Rose Praetorium, Sophie Celeste, Star Celeste, Pheonix Blaze, Heather Albany, Narrator Xinoehp, and Ember Celeste.

    Hey, everyone! I'm so glad people have liked this blog so much!  It's certainly been a joy to show my stuff off. Anyway, I'm about to finish up a sketchbook drawing and after that I'll be working on something VERY special. I plan on it taking about an entire month which is... a lot.  But it'll be worth it. So all this to say I won't really have all that many drawings to post for a while.
    As for the draw itself... This all started almost six months ago. On a day when I was not being particularly nice to myself, my mom urged me to think of what my characters would do for me if I were feeling that way. It was an idea that stuck with me, so I drew this little gesture of me surrounded by the characters I love. 

    And then, a few months later, I found this lovely piece on Pinterest and have since assigned characters to each of the princesses in it. I thought it would be a ton of fun to use this as a reference to draw me and my characters together. And so, I'll be working on drawing it as a pretty good sized poster for my room. It's gonna be a very hard project for me, but it'll also be incredibly fun and I cannot wait to show you the finished product. In the mean time... please be nice to yourselves, you guys. You deserve it.

    Grief

    I did it, you guys. I drew the moment when Maverick dies. When I first drew this, I intended to have Mav's corpse in her arms (you can see the eraser scars of his head on the left :sweat_smile:) but I think it's much more powerful this way. I just... y'all, I've come so far in my art, it's actually insane.

    Happy Mother's Day! Here's Arabella and Wendy from Masquerade. It was supposed to be Fadran's birthday gift - that's when I started on it - but, ah... I got a little distracted, obviously.  I'm SUPER happy with how it turned out.

    Pheonix is the cutest being besides his Author, prove me wrong.  I've actually wanted to draw something like this for a long while now, actually. I had the WILD idea of Pheonix having facial hair of all things a few months ago and it was just so ridiculous I HAD to sketch it out. And... whaddya know, it was actually super cute!  It made me want to draw Mr. Blaze just as patronly as possible so here we are. If I had more room on the paper, he'd be wearing socks with sandals.

    Here's some art I drew for my friend on her birthday. It's inspired by that one scene from WoR (I think) where Shallan draws Gaz the way that he could be, all cleaned up and noble. I drew Eliana the way I see her and I'm super proud of it.

    AGH THIS IS TURING OUT SO STORMING WELL. This is a portrait of Star in Castle Celeste and I will ink and color it but it’s just looking so good already. I love how proud and full of love she looks. She is a mother and a queen and a very powerful woman and she knows it.

    Rebel Girl

    May I present Miss Pearl Blaze! It's a much more simple drawing than I'm used to, at least in terms of clothes (I got done with it and I was like, "... ... okay, I guess it's done now.") but I'm proud of it.  I titled it "Rebel Girl" 'cause this is when she's about 15 and just has a super sucky relationship with her mom, Star. 
    I cut off her feet, 'cause... I just wasn't feelin' it.  I might go back and put them in later, but it's unlikely I will. The most fun part of this drawing was her skin. She shares her father's paper pale completion, but obviously, if I just left it pure white it wouldn't pop well. And the thing I'm most impressed with is her left arm. It's just. On. Point.

    Sisters

    Whooo, my first post on the art blog, this is exciting!  This is Heather and Pearl, Star's daughters. Heather is 18 and she's adopted, Pearl looks like she'd be like 2 in this picture. I find this picture quite anecdotal, to be honest. Little kids, however adorable, are not my cup of tea. I'm happy to say though, that Heather and Pearl do get along pretty well eventually. Heather just needs to get used to sharing her mother.
