  1. I am a STICK!!!!!!!!!!!!, are you sure you wouldn't rather be fire? :D. Generic Emoji, I can't pick. It's the Stormlight Archive for sure. The series speaks to me. I love the themes of honor and redemption that run through the series. Thanks for the responses :).
  2. Hi! Snipexe, honestly, If I had to pick one......well crap....I can't pick one. They're all amazing.....and I don't fall for the cookies :D...unless they're the kind that have sugar, flour, and other cookie ingredients in them :D. Sorana, I've read several of his other works, Elantris, the first three in the Mistborn series, the Rithmatist, Steelheart....Brandon is a seriously prolific dude :D. I have enjoyed everything that I've read. I got started on Brandon Sanderson when he finished off The Wheel of Time after Robert Jordan passed. He did a great job. I've been a mutt and read lots of the 17th Shard forums without ever joining. Fun to actually speak to folks that enjoy his books as much as I do.
  3. Too much? Hey nerds, I am The MeatLoaf. I am a HUGE fan of the Stormlight Archive.....I have the symbol of the knights radiant tattoo on my forearm. I find more in these books to live by than any other books that I've ever read. Dalinar Kholin is my hero. He was my hero before Oathbringer because of his strength, honor, and goodness. He was an unshakeable mountain.. He is even more my hero after Oathbringer because he nearly fell, and he rose above the self-loathing that almost destroyed him. "Rise Again a Better Man" is my new motto. It is a reminder that it is OK to fail, so long as that failure leads to becoming a better version of who you are. "I will unite, instead of divide" has changed the way that I interact with my coworkers, my family, and my friends. "Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination", is my reminder to live, and cherish my own personal journey .Thanks Brandon, for these books. It sounds corny, but they've changed the way that I think about, and live my life. I've read books 1 and 2 probably 5 times, and I'm on my second read of Oathbringer. I LOVE this series.
