I have an idea but I'm not sure where to post it. Since food can be soulcasted. could they also alter the nutritional properties. Like pack the most amount of nutrients..protien and calories into let's say a vile simular to what an allomancer keeps there metal flakes in. Lift could get a lil sachel or fanny pack and keep some nutrition jello shots . instead of constantly eating giant chull based meals. Constantly chewing. She has the jaw strength of a horn eater. My dude renarin is kinda sorta into powerful women.he is always just floating around the back of a lecture solving puzzles and sneaking peeks. Also i think he has some unresolved mommy issues. I think brandon has stated that the roshar system is very 10 centric. Besides the unmade being 9 centic. That being said.
