After finishing the first Mistborn trilogy, I was struck with the urge to transport CKII into the story's setting. My goal is to first get a playable map mod, and then progressively add setting-specific features (like allomancy). The initial bookmark will be around the time of the first book. TLR still reigns, but rough times are ahead. This is my first map mod, my largest planned mod, and hopefully my first public mod. Roadmap: screenshot:

Interesting. Are there examples that Scadrians used a polar system? Even if the magnetic north was Luthadel, I imagine other navigational methods would still work. The sun and its shadows are still visible. I suppose stars wouldn't be available to most due to all the ash.

So, in "The Eleventh Metal", Kelsier is in "the dreary city of Mantiz", located "in the far north of the Western Dominance". However, on the 10th anniversary map, Mantiz is the southern-most city of the Western Dominance. Should Mantiz be on the other end of the mountain chain? Or perhaps Kelsier confused north and south?

Fairly new Sanderson fan here. I just finished Mistborn Era 1, and then immediately bought Arcanum Unbounded and Alloy of Law. I also started working on a Final Empire mod for Crusader Kings. If there's interest, I'll post progress on the mod. Otherwise, I'll just be asking questions or lurking the Mistborn board.

I'm working on a Final Empire map for a crusader kings II mod, and the only maps I can find are the one in the book, and the poster. This leaves a lot of things unnamed. Are there any other resources that might contain names of places in the Final Empire? Some names in particular I'm looking for: The waterways connecting the Conway Canal to Lake Tyrian The waterway connecting Tathingdwen to Luthadel The waterways in the Northern Dominance Any mountains (aside from the Terris Mountains) The many unnamed settlements marked on the map The Seas (aside from Southern Sea)
