  1. I will not give up my weapons for safekeeping. None can keep them safer than me myself. But I am willing to let them hide for now. I will accept a ChaosAxe if he deems me worthy of one.
  2. Since I haven't read any of them, I won't have much if any RP this game. But Malai, the horse breeder, is joining this game.
  3. Smoke erupts from the center of the impact. As the smoke dissipates, Captain Mailliw stands, holding his Featherspear high above his head. Behind him, smoke forms the double eye symbol of the FeatherKnights Radiant. "Those who follow our Lady Feather join this day with The Lord of Chaos to ruin Newcago. Long have they taunted us and betrayed us, but no more. Now we shall destroy them. Strength and freedom! Feather army, assemble!" "My liege, Lord Chaos, I pledge allegiance to you during this war. I shall fight for you and all my power and army is at your disposal."
  4. As Feather has pledged her allegiance to this Lord, I shall as well. All Featherranks, assemble! We will join the Lords of Chaos and we will fight! Anyone who disagrees will be eliminated from the clan. Lord Chaos, I pledge my spear and my ten Shardblades and all the Surgebinding I have to your use.
  5. Wow. Leave for a few days and bam, a war starts. Let me get caught up and I'll join shortly.
  6. Is an understanding of the series necessary for playing the game? If so, I'll have to have this one be the first I sit out of.
  7. Killing off two previous characters in one post, Awes, wow. That's cruel. Oh, and that's noon MDT. Aili had to take vacations from governing with Dainard on Nalthis every once in a while. Taking care of a city was no easy job. This time, she had gone with her friend, Maw, to Roshar. Right in the middle of riots, it seemed. A strange figure wearing his sword upside down zigzagged randomly towards them. Mailam saw the pair from the other end of the street and knew he had to talk to them. The tall, curvaceous woman was definitely not Alethi. Alethi women didn't look like that. The man, the lighteyes who looked like a poor man, was glaring down the roads with his scythe. What lighteyes dressed like darkeyes. As Mailam approached them in his strange, zigzag way, he realized the woman was making all colors around her more vibrant and it only added to her allure. "Who are you this fine evening?" Mailam asked the pair. Couldn't get too predictable. "I believe you mean how," the gorgeous woman said. "Of course I didn't. Why would I mean that? Calm winds, that's too normal!" The man stared at him with an unbelieving expression. "Get your head on straight and listen to us. We've survived this, you can too. Listen to what we tell you and you have a chance." Mailam decided to take them up in the offer. "How would you like an eat in my house? It's quite okay, I assure you, chulls haven't broken in since tomorrow." The woman giggled at this. All of a sudden, a figure dashed behind the pair. Both the woman and man spun around just before he came barreling around the corner. "Hold things when thrown," the woman told a rope she had pulled out of somewhere. She threw the rope at the man with a sword who was lunging forward. The rope hit him and bound him just as tightly as if someone had tied him up. "We have to go. Now." The woman said. "We need to hide. If they've found us, we can't come out for at least a day."
  8. I am the Captain Mailliw that Feather mentioned above. I am the captain of the Feathertips, the spearmen in our clan. There are also the Featherblades, Feathermancers, and Featherfarmers. As you can see, we have quite the versatility and multiple options for you. If you want to start your own subdivision, that's also welcome. We are violent enemies of the Shroomies, but are friendly to the Newcago a Court and Wafflesworn. Except for Quiver, most often.
  9. Just in case I can't get on late to make the announcement: I will be gone starting tomorrow at noon until Saturday afternoon. It will be less than 96 hours so I'll still be in the game. I may end up coming back early, but this is the plan for now.
  10. The nobility gathered and together they decided that Wurum, with the number and power of the items he held and because of all of his help in finding and particularly in shooting the Ghostbloods, the nobility nominated him to be the new King. From the last member of a dwindling House to King, Wurum had made one of the biggest leaps in social rank. He held Shardplate, a Shardblade, a Grandbow, a Spanreed, an Emotion Bracelet, a Reverser, an Alerter, and a Soulcaster. He was one of the few a full Shardbearers left in Alethkar. He chose Ace to be his Heir and top Highprince with his Shield, Shardplate, Shardhammer, and Alerter, combined with his plan-making ability and his coordination of everyone. The other survivors were made Highprinces or Highprincesses: Sprenil, Tion, Cara, and Lucal.
  11. Game 5: Wrap-up Wrap-up: Awes was frantically clinging on to life all day long. He managed to use his reverser and get one final revenge. The nobles had just ignored him this last day, assuming him to be too much in pain to accomplish anything. Foolish nobles. As Awes summoned his Blade, he was angry at Jim for the betrayal. He knew who his last kill would be. Jim Bob Dirt. The Shardblade appeared in Awes' hand and, with his last bit of energy, Awes pushed it into Jim's chest. Stomper came trotting up to Awes and looked with disappointment at him. You failed me. With that, Stomper trampled over Awes. The damage from the Shardhammer coupled with the trampling took the last strands of life from him. "Twenty cremlings fighting, wanting to be fed. Four were painted red. Fourteen now lay dead. Six continue crawling, who will be the head? ", Awes cried out at last. His chest stopped the faint rising and falling and lay flat. The last Ghostblood was dead. Votes: Jim Bob (2): Wurum, Awes The King and Highprinces will be announced as items are heired off from the kills. Awes was a Ghostblood with a reverser and a Shardblade Jim Bob Dirt was a Noble Thief with a half-shard, an Alerter, a reverser, a Soulcaster, emotion bracelet and Spanreed. The game is now over. Thank you so much for playing and I hope you all had fun. You can wrap up role play here if you want or leave comments or suggestions. Dead players may now speak once again. 12. I want to put this in my tally in my sig, but I don't think I should count it as game 6. The struggle. Mailam walked the streets with his sword in plain view. He didn't believe in hiding things like that. But unpredictability was his signature. So, obviously, his sheath was upside down and his sword had a special clasp to keep it from falling. V He walked in erratic patterns to keep people guessing what his next move would be. It also helped to avoid pickpockets. It's hard to cut someone's purse or take their spheres if you're zigzagging randomly.
  13. Forgot to note, Alv was a Spy.
  14. Mailam was happy. Riots could be fun sometimes. You never knew what would happen and Mailam loved unpredictability. He couldn't wait for the riots to begin their full excitement.
  15. Day 7: Almost Victory Day 7: After the duel, Wurum began to leave to return to his camp. Reflecting back on the deaths of the last week and a half, he was furious at the Ghostbloods for all the terror and death they caused. If it hadn't been for Ace receiving the Shardhammer and the group finally being able to pull together and identify who had been most suspicious, the Ghostbloods may have taken over. Alv had been one of the causes for so much bloodshed, Wurum knew. He couldn't let that go unpunished. To finish the job off, he knew he was going to shoot Alv tonight. He saw the assassin leaving the duel and followed him at a distance. Alv slipped into an alley right as Wurum fired his first shot. The arrow hit the wall instead. Wurum dashed into the alley to see Alv with a Pain Knife in his shoulder and him writhing on the ground. All of a sudden, a chull came stampeding down the alley and trampled right over Alv. Wurum dodged the chull and then went to Alv's side. Seeing that his chest was still barely moving up and down, Wurum stood up and drew back an arrow. With one last gasp, Alv said, "All fled--all done, so lift me on the pyre; The feast is over, and the lamps expire." Wurum shot his arrow into Alv's face just to be certain of the death. Another Ghostblood dead. Awes left the duel and headed in a different direction than Alv. They each had their own jobs to do. After using one of his fabrials, he walked past Sadeas's warcamp, Awes heard a noise behind him and immediately summoned his Shardblade. He spun and saw a figure with a Pain knife creeping behind him. He used his Blade to cut the Pain knife in half and the holder ran away in fear. A piece of the Knife flew into his shoulder and he dropped his Blade. He cried out his new heir and began to walk back to his lair when Ace appeared with his MAce again. Ace ran to Awes and slammed the Hammer into Awes, crushing his insides. Awes crumpled in pain on the ground but didn't give up on life yet. Alv was a Ghostblood Spy with a Reverser The day begins now and will end tomorrow at 11:00 am MDT/18:00 GMT
  16. I, an Artifabrian, pity you in your poor lifestyle on Scadrial. Here is a fabrial to help with any manual lifting you may have to do. It's called a reverser. Oh you don't have chasms to drop one end in to help lift the other? I apologize. Use this Spanreed to contact help support on Roshar
  17. A darkeyes, you say? I see a skaa in that place not a darkeyed commoner.
  18. "Why do you stain my hands, Despot? Why have the sins of many become mine? The king is dead…long live the king!" -Collected on Chach Chach Nan, fourteen seconds before death. Subject was a traitorous soldier assassin.
  19. Awes, I also agree with those points. That game being the first time I ever GM'd a game, there were definitely some rough points, and I think those were definitely two of them. The Shardhammer addition was too big of a prize, but even then, if you guys had solved it, you would've had three kills a night and there would be no chance of stopping you. So it was definitely a huge advantage either way.
