    Just give Rithmatists large compasses with chalk and spear ends. To draw a circle, stick the spear into the ground, and don't for anything else. The spear end would also be useful for self-defense.

    Can't a spren change shapes by itself? You can just throw the knife/boomerang, and if it even gets close to any of the target's essential body parts, it grows a sharp part to chop it off.

    If some rithmatist drew a line around the world, would it be a line of forbidding, warding, or either depending on the intent of the rithmatist? Also, why do most people think that the larger the curvature, the stronger the line, when the strongest line has curvature 0?
